Plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade/downgrade anytime. Annual plans save 20%. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
You may not use LaxmiSoft ERP for any illegal purpose, attempt to breach security, or resell services without written permission.
You retain full ownership of your business data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our services.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all cloud plans. Support response times vary by plan: Starter (48h), Growth (24h), Professional (8h), Enterprise (1h SLA).
Laxmi Software Solutions is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
