Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and pricing.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Laxmi Softech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate services as per the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, client data will be returned and our copies deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
